SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PaperNest. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through papernest.site are prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

PaperNest provides free standard shipping to supported destinations worldwide.

There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free standard shipping unless a different condition is clearly displayed during a special promotion.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery services. Expedited or premium shipping options, when available, may require an additional charge.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

7–10 business days

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

The estimated delivery period may begin after the order has been confirmed and dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and do not represent a guaranteed arrival date.

3. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed before shipment to confirm payment, product availability, and delivery information.

Processing may take longer when:

  • The order contains incomplete information
  • Payment requires verification
  • The delivery address needs clarification
  • An item is temporarily unavailable
  • The order is placed during a holiday or high-volume period
  • The order contains a customized product

Customers will be contacted when additional information is necessary.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Not receiving a confirmation email may be caused by:

  • An incorrect email address
  • Spam or junk mail filtering
  • A temporary email delivery delay
  • An incomplete checkout

5. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier’s system. A tracking number may show limited information during the first few days after dispatch.

Some local carriers may not provide detailed updates at every stage of delivery.

6. International Shipping

PaperNest ships to supported international destinations.

International orders may be inspected or processed by customs authorities. Customs procedures can occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimated 7–10 business-day period.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes

Free worldwide shipping covers the standard shipping charge from PaperNest.

Depending on the destination, customs authorities may impose:

  • Import duties
  • Local taxes
  • Customs processing fees
  • Brokerage charges

These charges are determined by local authorities and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

PaperNest does not control customs fees and cannot guarantee whether they will apply.

8. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment or unit number
  • City
  • Province, state, or region
  • Postal or ZIP code
  • Country
  • Telephone number when required

PaperNest is not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information submitted during checkout.

9. Address Changes

Contact support@papernest.site immediately if you need to change your delivery address.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

10. Delayed Orders

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, delays may occur because of:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier congestion
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Security inspections
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Please allow additional time during major holidays and unusually busy shipping periods.

11. Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package appears to be lost, contact us at support@papernest.site.

Please include your order number and tracking information.

We may ask the shipping carrier to investigate before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the delivery area around your property.
  2. Ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted it.
  3. Check with building management or reception.
  4. Contact the local carrier.
  5. Contact PaperNest if the package remains missing.

We will review the available information and assist with the carrier investigation when appropriate.

13. Damaged Deliveries

If a package arrives damaged, photograph:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product
  • Any damaged internal packaging

Send the photographs and your order number to support@papernest.site.

Please retain the packaging until your request has been reviewed.

14. Multiple Packages

An order containing several products may be shipped in more than one package.

Packages may arrive on different days and may have separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees for split shipments.

15. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for accepting or collecting their deliveries.

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address may require additional review before a refund or redelivery can be arranged.

16. Shipping Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain destinations because of legal restrictions, carrier limitations, safety concerns, or service interruptions.

If we cannot complete delivery, we will contact the customer and issue an appropriate refund for the affected order.
