At PaperNest, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We offer free returns and refunds within 30 days, subject to the terms outlined below.
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through papernest.site.
1. Thirty-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
A return request submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product should generally be:
- In its original condition
- Unused, unwritten in, and unaltered
- Free from stains, marks, odors, or damage caused after delivery
- Returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and included components
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
We understand that packaging may need to be opened to inspect the product. Carefully opened products may still qualify for return provided they remain unused and suitable for resale.
3. Free Returns
PaperNest offers free return shipping for eligible returns initiated within the 30-day return period.
After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Depending on your location, we may provide a prepaid return label or another approved return method.
Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or sent to an incorrect location.
4. Starting a Return

- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
Contact us promptly if your order arrives:
- Damaged during transportation
- Defective
- Incomplete
- Different from the product ordered
- In the wrong size, style, or variation
Please provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate resolution, including:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- Another mutually agreed solution
Customers will not be charged return shipping for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
6. Products That May Not Be Returnable
Unless required by applicable law, the following products may not qualify for a standard return:
- Products returned after the 30-day period
- Products that have been written in, drawn in, altered, or used
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or neglect
- Products missing original components or accessories
- Personalized or customized products, unless defective or incorrect
- Gift cards or digital products
- Products clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
We may refuse a return if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy.
7. Refund Review
Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will generally include the amount paid for the approved returned product.
Because PaperNest provides free standard worldwide shipping, there is normally no original standard shipping charge to refund.
8. Refund Processing Time
After a refund is approved, PaperNest will submit it to the original payment method.
Banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. This processing period is controlled by the payment provider and may vary.
If you have not received an approved refund after a reasonable period, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
9. Exchanges
If you would like a different product, size, color, or style, please contact us.
Depending on product availability and your location, we may arrange an exchange or recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
Replacement products remain subject to availability.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment preparation.
Contact us immediately at support@papernest.site if you wish to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been confirmed or prepared for shipment.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after receiving the order.
11. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries
If an order is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because the customer did not collect it, additional handling or redelivery requirements may apply.
